Wizzo: If you search for a coach, those qualities will give you a 7-star coach.

Go to team screen and go to TRAINING - SENIOR and click COACHES.

There you can assign coaches to training and you see stars in every section (Attack, defending, set pieces aso).

How do you achieve this? By hiring a lot of coaches who each have different qualities or does it exist to coaches who possess much of this qualities? I am Spurs and have two coaches and four youth coaches and I don’t quite understand how one is to achieve this as the board won’t allow me to have more than 8 coaches?

Peto: Well, sack some of them, but the board will usually let you exceed one or two more than what they say you only can have.

    Once,at Barcelona,I had 6 more coaches than recommended,and the board didn’t bat an eyelid…which was nice.And a bad idea,considering the £30M debt.
