The following is a starting line-up of the most expensive players for each position in the year 2018. This list excludes regen players and I have added a few extra mentions since the starting 11 contains a majority of familiar faces.

Toni kroos was an outstanding wonderkid on my game also in which i took leeds from the merky depths of league1 back to the prem. Jose Baxter was an absolute goal machine for me an leeds before falling down the pecking order behind Benzema and Brazilian Pato. Freedy Adu is a handy player to have,can be bit costly if i remember, consistent performer though.

I wonder often about Mamadou Sakho. Seems he is impossible to be signed at the very beginning of the game. I tried to sign this young French talent playing Arsenal. I was going to pay him large salary and bonuses. But no way… He signed contract with his PSG.
